Alexandra McKenzie, M.S., CCC-SLP
FOUNDER & CLINICIAN
As a speech-language pathologist, Alexandra is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care for children and adults. She has experience supporting a wide range of speech, language, feeding, and fluency needs and focuses on functional, meaningful communication that supports participation at home, in school, and in everyday life. Alexandra values collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams and believes thoughtful, client-centered therapy is key to building confidence, independence, and lasting progress.

Lauren Rullo, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD
CLINICIAN
As a speech-language pathologist, Lauren provides evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and adults with diverse communication needs. She has experience working with monolingual and bilingual clients and supporting individuals who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including both low- and high-tech systems. Lauren’s clinical approach is structured, functional, and collaborative, with an emphasis on practical strategies that support communication across home, school, and daily life. She is committed to delivering culturally responsive, client-centered care through accessible telehealth services.

Anna Lombard, M.S., OTR/L, PN1-NC
CLINICIAN
As a pediatric occupational therapist, Anna supports children and families in developing the foundational skills needed for daily life, with a special focus on feeding and mealtime challenges. She is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding and works with picky eaters, problem feeders, and children with sensory, oral-motor, and medical complexities using playful, gradual, and developmentally appropriate strategies. Anna is also Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, allowing her to integrate practical nutrition guidance into therapy. She values collaboration with families and providers and is committed to making mealtimes more positive, functional, and empowering through accessible telehealth services.
